Relax in your private heated plunge pool and make yourself at home in this enchanting escape. With hardwood floors throughout the entire townhouse and a modern flare, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that sleeps up to a family of 6 will feel like an oasis!
With just a quick walk to your resort’s water park and Clubhouse, you will find endless entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. Here, you will find a large pool, jacuzzi, water slides, arcade, fitness center, basketball & volleyball courts, kid’s playground and much more. There are a wide variety of delicious restaurants to try out nearby.
Out of courtesy during your stay, we will provide 5 K-Cup pods for the brand-new Keurig dispenser. You will also be provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one small soap in each bathroom and one starter pack of detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Anything over this is the guest’s responsibility. We do not include paper towel or sponges. We are also unable to provide spices or cooking oils due to food and safety regulations. The Marketplace Grill on site has laundry detergent for purchase as well as dishwasher pods and dish soap as well as a few other household items. There is a grocery/shopping center conveniently located just minutes away (driving).

Check-in is 4pm EST and check-out is 10am EST. Keep in mind early check-in or late check-out cannot always be arranged due to prior or arriving guests as well as routine cleaning.

Windsor Hills is pretty much the closest villa community to Disney World so this property is a great way to save over on-site rooms and have a bit more space to spread out as a family. The little splash pool is heated so felt nice and warm and the nearby water park is a good place to cool off.
The unit is close to the clubhouse, splash park and playground.
Communication from the host was excellent and everything was as described. The pool was cold on arrival but the host rectified it very quickly.
If I was nitpicking I’d say it would be worth replacing the double and king beds soon as both were quite wobbly/creaky and the AC was quite noisy but overall for the price it was excellent.
Condo worked out great for my family. Loved the large rooms and separate bathrooms. The home was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great for going to the parks. I enjoyed the pool at the house and the public pool. It was also nice having Walmart and Starbucks right down the road. The area was family friendly and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
This Windsor Hills townhome was everything we hoped for and more! After our cruise, it was the perfect place to unwind for a few days. Being so close to the incredible clubhouse was a huge bonus without a car – the kids were in heaven with the water slides, hot tub, and that amazing pool! We also loved having our own pool right at the house; it was a constant source of fun for my three children, from sunrise to well past sunset. Another huge perk was the super convenient location near Disney World – getting around using Uber or Lyft from the property was a breeze. The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to make our own dinners. And Paul was fantastic! So easy to get in touch with and incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to check in early after our early cruise arrival. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
