Outside, enjoy direct lake access, sandy frontage, a private dock, kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, a lily pad, and a hot tub with privacy fencing planned for the breezeway area. The location is hard to beat. 78 North is close to downtown Beulah, restaurants, coffee, ice cream, shops, the Betsie Valley Trail, and local parks. You’re also an easy drive to Frankfort, Lake Michigan beaches, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, wineries, hiking trails, and Point Betsie Lighthouse.

The house was amazing! It had everything our family of 6 (4 adult children) needed for a true up north experience. The lake was beautiful…we used the paddle boards, kayaks and peddle boat. Game nights were perfect in the dining area with the bench seats and big table. We used the Benzie trail every morning to get our runs in. The host was extremely responsive as soon as I had any questions. Our two shih-tzu’s had a great time as well. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!!

Our family vacation in Beulah was wonderful. The house was a great fit and the updates were immaculate. The apartment above the garage was key and our host was very responsive and helpful any time we needed anything. And the views from the dock were incredible…….looked like it was AI generated. Highly recommend this location and host!!!
